SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS

Next dates:  Tues., July 24 (8:00 a.m. pick-up)

Tues., Sept. 15 (8:00 a.m. pick-up)

Tues., Oct. 13 (8:00 a.m. pick-up)

There is an 8 am pick up on Tuesday at the Fireman's Fairgrounds at the corner of Rt. 15 and Rt. 20 in Orange, and will return to the same location on Wednesday at 7 a.m.

All animals must be registered via the hot line (540-672-0069) and be in an enclosed airline type crate. Crates will be provided for those who need them.  Fees and other services available:

Dog spay: $70.00, Dog neuter/Cat spay: $60.00, Cat neuter: $40.00 (add'l $25 fee for dogs over 50 pounds); Vaccinations Dogs: Rabies: $10.00, Combination Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvo: $10.00.  Vaccinations: Cats: Rabies: $10.00, Combination Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukemia: $10.00

Flea & tick treatment: Advantage for cats and dogs: $10.00, Advantix for dogs: $15.00 

Frontline Plus(flea and tick treatment for cats): $10.00    Revolution for cats:  $12.00

Testing, Feline:  IDEXX snap combo FIV/Feline Leukemia: $20.00 

Testing, Canine:  IDEXX 3Dx Heartworm, Lyme’s disease, and Ehrlichia test:  $20.00 

Microchip, with registration: $20.00

Ear cleaning: $5.00, Nail trim: $5.00, Deworming: Cats $10.00,  Dogs $15.00

Reminders: 

Adult animals are not to have anything to eat or drink after 12:00 midnight. Puppies and kittens under 6 months of age may have water and ˝ their normal amount of food the morning of surgery.

 Animals must be in good health or they will be declined for surgery

 Animals with severe fleas will be treated with flea treatment at a cost of $8, or if ticks are observed $10.

 All owners need to be notified that their animal will receive a small tattoo near the incision site. This shows that the animal has been spayed or neutered.
